The Precinct is a 10,000m² development featuring over 240 parking bays (with a target of 3.3 bays per 100m²) and is part of a larger phased project. Positioned strategically next to the M2 motorway at the entrance to Grand Baie, this premium landmark will eventually be integrated into one of three interconnected areas, all set within a lush, green landscape.
